If you are new to the arena and are looking for the best network marketing companies, a quick Google search will bring you up with all kinds of lists of the “who’s who.” Unless you are taking someone’s recommendation that you know, having a list of companies that some stranger has listed as the best network marketing companies isn’t really going to help you all that much.
What I aim to do with this article is give you a few pointers of what I recommend to look for, as unfortunately there are some untoward people out there who just want your money and don’t really care if you succeed. Some recruiters even use LinkedIn to find potential recruits. They use services like SubscriberZ to gain more exposure on the platform and attract more people who could potentially join.
First things first, all of the best network marketing companies on the planet are subject to the misinterpretation of what people like to term ‘a Pyramid Scheme’. A true network marketing company is not a pyramid scheme; it is a distribution model.
There must be a product of some nature to sell; if the company is solely dealing in money and there is no product, you are probably looking at a ‘pyramid scheme.’ Now, the thing here is, if the company you are looking at is purely fiscal, that does not mean that the guys you are dealing with are necessarily scammers (although this model is illegal in many countries); it means that the business model is unsustainable. For anyone to earn any money, the downline has to continually grow ad infinitum and exponentially, which is obviously unsustainable after a point.
A ‘real’ network marketing company, as there is a retail side with a product, will give you the opportunity to make money without recruiting or sponsoring, much like a franchise. Success is not solely pinned on growing your team, although you will often find that that is the way to increase your income the quickest.
The second thing that you will need to look into to differentiate between the best network marketing companies is the product involved. Make sure that the product is competitive and that there is a market for it. You could use the analogy here that there is no point trying to sell snow to Eskimos. If people are looking for the product involved, you could become a winner.
One thing to bear in mind, though, is that it is likely that the price of the product involved may be slightly higher than that of a similar retail product due to the higher payout to the seller. Most of the best network marketing companies around will possibly have this problem, but not all of them. It is more than likely that you will be able to differentiate your product from others by quality/recipe etc., as opposed to price.
Something that I would like to add here is to use your judgment. If you are on the website of a company and it doesn’t look very professional, be wary. If you have been all around the site, which looks good, and have checked out some reviews and testimonials, all may be well. Just make sure that the reviewers appear to a) know what they are talking about and b) don’t hype it up too much, and you’re probably onto a winner.
Onto the third major thing you want to be looking out for, once you have found your favorite out of the best network marketing companies, is whom to enroll with. This part is critical if you are looking to succeed in your new venture. Your ‘upline’ and ‘team’ are the guys who are going to share insights into marketing, sales, and business success. Obviously, you want the best fit.
There are many good leaders out there, and often it is the case of choosing someone who fits well the type of character that you are, someone who is similar to you, has the same interests. You do want to make sure that there is training in place though, without training, you will struggle if you don’t know what you are doing when you start.
Take some time to research the leaders in the company and contact a few of them to see what they are like, and sign up with the best fit.
I was going to leave this next bit out, but I do think it is a valid concern, and that is the price point. People are always looking for the best ‘deal’ or the cheapest solution, and when it comes to the best network marketing companies, people are often looking for something similar. Here’s the thing, if you are looking to make money and possibly make money quickly, a program that is free or only $10 a month is going to take a lot of people to get some decent income.
My opinion and this is merely my opinion, is to look for a program that is solid and costs a fair amount of money, that’s not to say that it costs a fortune, but that it is enough so that you can earn out of it quickly. You will also find that the more you invest in your project, the more seriously you will take it, which in the end, is a great motivation policy for yourself.
